Контроль ремонта и строительства

Renovation and construction oversight in Tbilisi / Rustavi

If you’re renovating or building a property but can’t be there regularly, I can represent you on site.

I check:

— the quality and actual scope of the work;

— electrical, plumbing and concealed work;

— material deliveries;

— whether completed work matches the estimate and agreements;

— any issues to address before paying the contractor for the next stage.

After the site visit, I’ll send a photo/video report and a clear summary: what has been done, what needs to be fixed, and what to pay attention to.

📍 Rustavi — from 70 GEL

📍 Tbilisi — from 100 GEL

One-time visits or regular site oversight are available.

Send me a private message—you can send photos of the property or the estimate right away.
