TovGram Terms of Use

TovGram is operated by GYBE LABS LTD , a company registered in England and Wales under number 16845366 . Registered office: 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, United Kingdom, WC2H 9JQ. In these rules, “TovGram”, “we”, and “us” mean GYBE LABS LTD.

By using TovGram, you agree to these rules. If you do not agree with them, do not use the service.

TovGram helps search for ads from public Telegram sources and place ads via the Telegram bot. We provide an information platform and are not a seller, buyer, intermediary, agent, or party to any transaction between users.

Description, availability, quality, safety, price, payment, delivery, and return of goods are agreed upon directly by the users.

• Provide accurate information and keep your ad up to date.
• Post only goods, services, texts, and images you have rights to.
• Comply with applicable laws, the rights of others, and the rules of the original Telegram platform.
• Do not post duplicates, spam, or content that misleads users.
• Do not circumvent restrictions, interfere with the service operation, or collect data automatically without our written permission.

Regular ads may be automatically collected, recognized, classified, checked for duplicates and image reuse, and evaluated for compliance with rules using algorithms and AI tools. Automated checks can make mistakes.

We may refuse to publish, demote, hide or delete an ad, restrict an account, or request additional information if we detect a risk of violation. Such measures do not mean we have checked or approved other ads.

If you believe a decision is incorrect, write to support@tovgram.com and include a link to the ad. A human will review the request.

• Illegal goods, services, or instructions for illegal activities.
• Fraud, phishing, financial pyramids, fake reviews, and other scams.
• Weapons, explosives, drugs, prohibited substances, and stolen goods.
• Counterfeit items, personal data, documents, bank cards, accounts, passwords, and access credentials.
• Exploitation, sexual services, violence, threats, discrimination, and incitement of hatred.
• Regulated goods or services without necessary permits, licenses, and warnings.
• Content infringing copyrights, trademarks, personal rights, or other rights of third parties.

Paid advertising is manually reviewed and governed by separate Advertising Placement Conditions . Payment for advertising does not guarantee its publication if the materials or the advertiser have not passed verification.

TovGram does not hold users' money and does not guarantee the availability, authenticity, quality, or safety of listings. Check the product and counterparty, do not share passwords or confirmation codes, and avoid prepayments to strangers.

To the extent permitted by law, you bear the risk of transactions yourself and are responsible for your actions, agreements, taxes, and compliance with local requirements.

The site contains links to Telegram, authors, original messages, and third-party sites. They operate under their own rules and policies. We do not control their availability, content, or data processing.

Rights to your content remain yours. By publishing an ad through TovGram, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to store, technically process, adapt the format, and display this content to the extent necessary for the operation and promotion of the service. You can stop further display by requesting deletion.

We develop TovGram and do not promise continuous or error-free operation, preservation of every ad, or a specific position in search results. To the extent permitted by law, GYBE LABS LTD is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or consequences of transactions between users. Nothing in these rules limits liability that the law prohibits limiting.

You can report violations or request removal via the feedback form or by email. Deletion from TovGram does not delete the original message on Telegram. For more on data processing, read the Privacy Policy.

We may update the rules as the service evolves. The new version is effective from the date indicated at the top of the page. These rules are governed by the laws of England and Wales unless mandatory local regulations require otherwise.
