Male kitten under three months old

I’ll give away a kitten! We don’t have the possibility to keep a cat—debts and it’s not allowed to keep animals in the apartment. We took him in because there was no choice; he would have died. Today I saw a dead kitten of the same size and coloring in a dumpster, apparently a sibling. It hurts so much that we didn’t find him in time. The kitten is under three months old, a boy. He uses the litter box without a single accident; we treated him for worms. We live in hope of finding him a home!
